He arrived on time next working day and, even though there was some old wiring etc to sort out, he took only a couple of hours to do an excellent job. Ian was excellent from start to finish. He came out at a weekend as the telephone cable was cut due to a carpet fitters damage, suggested an alternative routing of the main telephone line coming into our property and then returned 3 hours later after assessing and quoting to fully undertake all works and complete. He also undertook a full check of our internet speed, provided a full read out of the info and suggested how we ensure maximum download internet speeds as a result of the repairs undertaken. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for both his workmanship and cost.
Tested socket a front door entry point, found crackle at this point. Found problem was not internal.
